Customer Service Representative
Location: West Bloomfield, MI

This is a customer service representative position in a call center. Employees take in about 30-60 phone calls per day depending on the call volume. The work environment is casual and all employees have their own cubicle that includes a computer, and phone.
Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service. This is an entry level position, so call center background is not required but is helpful.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, employees are set on an 8 hour shift block between these times. Once schedules are set they do not change. Everyone must be flexible in between the time periods.
6 month contract, contract to hire. They look for those who want long-term, and want to be in a call center long-term and grow with them.
